Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Some items can't be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Opened items with hygiene seals broken (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
Email us at vtg0989@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be processing with our fulfillment partner and cannot be cancelled, but can still be returned per the policy above.
