Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

If an order is placed with a non-US shipping address, we'll reach out by email before processing to cancel and refund it.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order. The exact rate is shown before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. We don't process orders on weekends or US federal holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery time

We'd rather be straight with you than promise a date we can't hit. Delivery time depends on where the item ships from, and we fulfil from three different places:

  • Domestic stocked items (phone pouches, power banks, cables) - typically 5-8 business days. These ship from a US fulfilment partner.
  • 3D printing service - made to order in our own workshop. Usually 2-5 days to print, then 3-7 business days to reach you.
  • Specialty and imported items - typically 2-4 weeks. Some products are sourced from overseas suppliers, and international transit is genuinely slow right now. Where this applies, it's noted on the product page before you buy.

Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Customs processing, carrier backlogs, weather, and peak seasons can all extend it. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, email us and we'll chase it.

Orders with multiple items

Because we fulfil from three sources, a single order can arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number and its own delivery date. Nothing has gone wrong if one item shows up well before another - the rest is still on its way.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in process with our fulfillment partner and cannot be changed, but it can still be returned per our refund policy.

3D printing orders are the exception: because each item is made specifically for you, we can only cancel or change an order before printing begins. Custom prints also aren't eligible for return unless the item arrives defective or doesn't match what was agreed.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

If tracking shows the order was delivered but you can't find it, check around the delivery location. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email us and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim.
